We offer Standard Delivery at £4.95 for orders under £35.00, and Express Delivery at £9.00 for any order value, available upon request. Delivery times for in-stock items typically range from 3-5 working days, with a possibility of up to 7 working days. Note that additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scotland, & Wales.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any products. If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description and pictures. We'll arrange for a refund or replacement as needed.

Pre-order options will be noted in the product descriptions, including an estimated delivery month. Orders combining in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery dates, they are not guaranteed. You'll be notified by email in case of any delays.

Here's a quick guide on how to use them effectively:

• Shampoos and Conditioners: Apply shampoo to damp hair, massage to lather, then rinse. Follow with conditioner, apply to washed hair, leave for a moment, and then rinse thoroughly.
• Treatments and Intensive Treatments: After shampooing, apply the treatment evenly to towel-dried hair, leave in for 5–10 minutes, then rinse carefully.
• Moisture Mist and Heat Protection Spray: Spray all over damp or dry hair for the Moisture Mist. For the Heat Protection Spray, apply evenly onto dry hair before using styling irons.
• Dry Shampoo and Dry Shampoo Foam: Shake well before use. For the dry shampoo, spray onto the roots from approx. 20 cm, brush through, and style. For the foam, dispense into your palm, apply to the roots, brush through, and style.
• Hair Oil, Styling Mist, Mousse, Hairspray, Super Strong Hairspray, and Wax: For hair oil, apply a few drops to damp or dry hair and style. For the styling mist, mousse, and hairsprays, apply to towel-dried or dry hair as needed and style. Activate the wax between your palms, work through roots to ends on damp or dry hair, and style as desired.
